At work, someone went to leave for lunch and being a Friday, that means going to the bank. They went to start their car and it sounded as if the starter motor was spinning freely. Although at the time we were not sure as to exactly what the problem was. I always seek the Lord for His intervention by ways of His amazing grace. So I sought the Kingdom in the "right standing" that I have with God by His grace, and His grace only for a solution. I found my self turning the key to the on position, shifting to reverse to move the car back from the front of the parking space to give us a little more room to get under the hood. We checked the battery and the starter solenoid. Both appeared fine. We went back into the car to attempt to start the car again and it started right away. What happened is this high mileage car has a flex plate that must have two or three worn down teeth on it and that is where the starter drive was contacting. By not knowing it at the time, that by moving the car back two or three feet when there was already enough room to squeeze in to get under the hood, the crankshaft was moved enough so that the flexplate move to where the started motor fully engaged the teeth and turned the engine over.
It cound have only had been God's divine intervention that led us to do this. I certainly have personally witnessed God's moving and moving people to have the faith that He can do all things and is involved in all things. No matter how small or how large. Let your testimonies come forth of the loving, giving and providing nature of our true Living God.
